Commissioning

Do you have a sewage treatment plant, pumping station, rainwater harvester or oil water separator that has been installed by others and you’re not sure if it’s working correctly or you haven’t been given a commissioning certificate for it?

No problem, we can check over and set up any new system and provide you with a commissioning certificate for your plant.

The purpose of a plant commissioning is to competently check the installation of your system against the manufacturers guidelines. This includes mechanical & electrical checks and assessing the installation of a unit. We can also offer an enhanced commissioning where we electrically connect the plant, this may include extending pump and float cables back to a remote panel.

Commissioning is essential to ensure the unit and any associated equipment has been installed correctly, and is fully compliant with Environment Agency regulations.

Incorrectly installed equipment can invalidate warranties, possibly leaving you with expensive repair bills. A commissioning visit from ADP Environmental Services will highlight any problems with your system and could be considered the most vital visit to your equipment.

All commissioning visits are carried out by our expert engineers who have many years experience in the industry giving you with peace of mind.
